Welcome to img.almightybounter.xyz ("the Service"). The Service is a private, invitation-only image and file hosting platform. By creating an account or uploading content, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility and accounts

  • The Service is provided to authorised, invited users only. Accounts are created or approved by an administrator.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password and API keys confidential and for all activity under your account.
  • You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

2. Acceptable use

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Rules / Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You are solely responsible for the content you upload.

3. Your content

  • You retain all ownership rights in the content you upload.
  • You grant the Service the limited technical permission needed to store, process, generate thumbnails of, and serve your content back to you and to people you share links with.
  • You represent that you have the necessary rights to upload and share the content and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights or break any law.

4. Content removal and suspension

We may remove any content and suspend or terminate any account, with or without notice, if we believe it violates these Terms, the Rules, or applicable law, or to protect the Service and its users.

5. Copyright / DMCA-style notices

If you believe content hosted on the Service infringes your copyright, contact ollegaming0@gmail.com with: a description of the work, the URL of the infringing file, your contact details, and a statement that you are authorised to act. We will review and remove infringing content where appropriate.

6. Availability and data

The Service is provided on a best-effort basis with no uptime guarantee. We are not responsible for any loss of uploaded data; please keep your own backups of anything important.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service.
