This Privacy Policy explains how img.almightybounter.xyz ("the Service", "we", "us") handles personal data. The Service is a private, invitation-only image and file host operated for a small group of authorised users. We act as the data controller for the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Who we are

2. What data we collect

  • Account data: username, hashed password, and any email address you provide.
  • Uploaded content: the images and files you upload, their filenames, sizes and types.
  • Technical data: the IP address used at upload time, timestamps, and basic request logs kept for security and abuse prevention.
  • API keys: if you generate one (e.g. for ShareX), it is stored to authenticate your uploads.

3. Why we process it (legal bases)

  • To provide the Service to you (performance of our agreement with you — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • To keep the Service secure and prevent abuse (legitimate interests — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • To comply with legal obligations, such as responding to lawful requests (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

4. How long we keep it

  • Uploaded files are retained until you (or an administrator) delete them, or until the account is removed.
  • Security logs (including upload IP addresses) are retained for a limited period for abuse prevention and then deleted or anonymised.
  • Account data is deleted when the account is closed.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your data and we do not use third-party advertising or analytics. Data is stored on our own server hosted at Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany/Finland, EU/EEA). We only disclose data where legally required.

6. International transfers

The Service is hosted within the EU/EEA. We do not transfer your personal data outside the EU/EEA.

7. Your rights (GDPR)

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. To exercise any right, contact ollegaming0@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

8. Security

Passwords are stored hashed, traffic is encrypted with TLS (HTTPS), and access is restricted to authenticated users. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; please use a strong, unique password.

9. Children

The Service is not intended for and may not be used by anyone under the age of 16.

10. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
